Throughout the year, we offer a variety of adult dance workshops designed to help dancers build technique, confidence, artistry, and fitness. Some workshops are designed specifically for beginners, while others are geared toward dancers with previous experience.
Fall Session I (August–September)
Beginner Ballet – Perfect for adults new to ballet or returning after time away. Learn foundational technique, posture, balance, and coordination in a welcoming environment.
Musical Theatre Tap – Build rhythm, musicality, and confidence while learning Broadway-inspired tap combinations.
Heels – A confidence-building class focused on movement, style, and choreography in a fun, empowering atmosphere.
Leaps & Turns – Develop technique, strength, and control for jumps, leaps, pirouettes, and turns.
Fall Session II (October–November)
Beginner Tap – Learn the fundamentals of tap dancing while developing rhythm, coordination, and timing.
Contemporary – Explore movement, artistry, and musicality through contemporary dance technique and combinations.
Ballet Variations – Learn excerpts inspired by classical ballet repertoire while developing performance quality and confidence.
Sweethearts/Pom – A high-energy class focused on pom technique, sharp choreography, and performance skills.
Workshop offerings rotate throughout the year. New sessions are announced seasonally, giving dancers opportunities to explore different styles and skill levels.
