Why Violin?
- Confidence builder: Learning to play the violin gives students the chance to build confidence in what they’re learning to play. Taking private lessons over time will enhance their skills with the violin!
- The teachers at OSMD are here to help you! As you can see above we have several teachers that can provide violin lessons. All our teachers at the studio will work at a specific pace designed just for you.
- Practice makes perfect: At first, learning the violin can be a tricky new skill. However, practicing at home and at the studio will work out for the best. Here at the Omaha School of Music and Dance, we offer 30, 45, and 60-minute lessons. All these times allow you or your child the chance to practice their skills. Even better, we allow families to practice privately in rooms on days they don’t have lessons. All you have to do is call and reserve ahead of time!
- Music recitals are offered: What does this mean? You or your child are given the chance to show off your skills on the stage! You put in lots of hard work behind the scenes so now it’s time to let others see what you’ve learned. This also comes into play with building confidence.
